You can make reservation through our website or Whatsapp. By completing the reservation form on the website, you can easily create your reservation. Or you can contact our whatsapp customer agents and they will make a reservation for you.
After making the reservation, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please check that your phone number and email address are correct. Additionally, 24 hours before the journey, you will receive a confirmation and trip details reminder message on your WhatsApp number
You can make an online reservation with a debit or credit card through our website, and only cash payments are accepted inside the vehicle.
In order to cancel your reservation, you can directly contact our WhatsApp customer service. We guarantee a 100% refund for cancellations.
In the reservation form, you will be asked for your first name, last name, phone number, email address, and flight number. Please ensure that your phone number and email address are correct. Be sure to provide your flight number so that your airport transfer vehicle can meet you on time.
When you provide your flight number, we monitor any delays and update your transfer according to your arrival time. Your transfer will be protected against any delays.
We will wait for you up to 100 minutes after your flight lands at the airport. If we are unable to contact you or you do not arrive at the meeting point, your VIP transfer will be automatically canceled.
Transfer details will be sent to your phone via text message or email. If you haven’t received the message or are having trouble finding us at the meeting point, please don’t hesitate to call us.
